This beautiful guitar was featured in GuitarMania, Cleveland, Ohio's charitable art project benefitting United Way and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum's education fund.
Oversize Fender® Stratocaster® guitars were creatively transformed into works of art by local artists and national celebrities and displayed on the city's streets. Corporations, organizations and individuals sponsored the guitars and selected from a variety of local artists to paint, sculpt or decorate them. Celebrity artists were also recruited to paint and decorate guitars.
At the end of the display period, the guitars were auctioned at a gala event at the Rock Hall. A select group of the guitars has been replicated as miniature collectibles. Each guitar comes with a metal stand and fitted guitar case.
In the center of the guitar's body lies the heart of Fender surrounded by a stylized Koi fish swimming through a pond of roses. Just like a musician, a Tattoo Master expresss his belief and individuality through the form of art.
