It features a bright white smile in front along with two toothbrushes and a tube of toothpaste. A sign in the front reads "Smile we're open" and another heart shaped sign reads "We love your teeth."

Each piece is exquisitely handcrafted and accommodates a tealight candle or a C7 watt light bulb (not included).
